## Current status

LendlyX is building Lending Intelligence Infrastructure: an evidence layer intended to strengthen the lending systems and teams that already decide when capital moves.

## Intended product

The product is being designed around four verification areas:

1. Verify People — establish who is behind a loan.
2. Verify Evidence — examine documents and submitted evidence for authenticity and consistency.
3. Verify Property — connect property condition and work progress to the request for capital.
4. Verify Decisions — preserve findings, reason codes, and the record supporting a decision.

LendlyX is not a lender and does not originate, underwrite, hold, or disburse funds. Lending teams retain judgment and capital control.

## Current focus and future direction

The current product focus is private real estate lending and the software, inspection, and contractor workflows around it. Broader lending categories are a future direction, not a statement of current availability.
