Email Marketing

LendlyX sends marketing emails to prospects, preview participants, demo requesters, event attendees, content downloaders, and business contacts in the private lending industry. These emails may include product announcements, lender education, case studies, event invitations, pricing updates, and special offers. We rely on consent where required and on legitimate B2B interest where permitted by law.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email, replying with "unsubscribe," updating preferences in your account settings, or emailing privacy@lendlyx.com. Service-related communications (billing, security, account, and platform notices) are not optional while you maintain an active account.

We may also use third-party identity resolution and intent-data providers to identify business visitors to our website. If you are identified, your business contact information may be added to our marketing list and you may receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

SMS / Text Message Marketing Program

Program name: LendlyX Alerts. Sender / brand: LendlyX (LendlyX, Inc.). Sender number: messages are sent from a LendlyX-operated, brand-registered 10DLC long code (a standard 10-digit US phone number registered to LendlyX through The Campaign Registry). The active sending number is disclosed at opt-in and in the first message you receive from LendlyX Alerts. LendlyX does not currently operate a short code for marketing SMS. LendlyX uses third-party SMS service providers (including Twilio and Mailchimp / Intuit) to deliver these messages on our behalf.

LendlyX operates the LendlyX Alerts SMS program for prospects, preview participants, demo requesters, and contacts who have provided express written consent to receive text messages from LendlyX.

Types of messages you may receive: demo reminders and confirmations, sales follow-ups, onboarding nudges, account-related notices, product announcements, lender education, event invitations, pricing updates, and special offers.

How you opt in: by checking an SMS consent box on a LendlyX form, texting a keyword (such as START, JOIN, or YES) to the LendlyX 10DLC long code, submitting your mobile number through a LendlyX form that discloses SMS use, or verbally confirming consent on a recorded call.

• Consent to receive marketing SMS is not a condition of purchase or of using the Services.
• Message frequency: recurring messages; frequency varies (typically up to 10 messages per month).
• Carriers and rates: Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Standard SMS, MMS, and data charges apply to every message you send or receive. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Supported US carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile (including Sprint), US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, Google Fi, C-Spire, and other major US carriers.
• Carrier disclaimer: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. LendlyX is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or charges resulting from your carrier, device, or service.
• STOP (opt out): text STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) to the LendlyX 10DLC long code at any time. LendlyX will send a single confirmation message acknowledging that you have been opted out, and you will receive no further marketing SMS from LendlyX Alerts. Opt-out confirmations are typically delivered within a few minutes, and your number is suppressed from the program within 24 hours. To rejoin later, you must opt in again.
• HELP (assistance): text HELP to the LendlyX 10DLC long code at any time. LendlyX will respond with a single auto-reply identifying the LendlyX Alerts program, our support email privacy@lendlyx.com, and instructions to text STOP to opt out. HELP replies are typically delivered within a few minutes; email support replies are typically returned within one business day.
• No sharing of mobile information: we do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is only shared with service providers (such as SMS delivery platforms, CRM, and analytics) acting on our behalf to deliver these messages.

Transactional SMS (such as login codes, security alerts, or appointment confirmations) may be sent based on your use of the Services and are governed by your account relationship rather than marketing consent.

The LendlyX Alerts SMS program is governed by this Privacy Policy and by the SMS program terms in our Terms & Conditions.
