These terms govern access to LendlyX websites and any services that reference them. A separate written customer agreement may apply to platform access, verification services, support, pricing, data handling, or other commercial terms.

Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using a website or service that references these terms, you agree to follow them. If you use LendlyX for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it.
If a separate written agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls for the subject it covers.

Accounts and credentials
Account information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for activity under your credentials and for reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Use LendlyX only for lawful, authorized business purposes. Do not probe, disrupt, bypass controls, submit information without authority, misuse results, or copy or resell the service except as permitted in writing.

Customer content and data
You retain responsibility for the information, documents, evidence, and instructions you submit, including the rights and lawful basis needed for processing.

Third-party services
LendlyX may connect with services operated by other companies. Those services may have separate terms and privacy notices.

LendlyX service role
LendlyX provides verification findings, supporting evidence, and an audit trail for customer review. Customers retain policy, exception authority, and final decisions.
LendlyX does not originate loans, make final underwriting or credit decisions, approve or deny loans, or hold or move funds.

Intellectual property
LendlyX and its licensors retain their rights in the websites, services, software, designs, documentation, branding, and related materials.

Availability and changes
Services, features, integrations, documentation, and these terms may change over time, with notice when required by agreement or law.

Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or ended as allowed by the applicable agreement, including for material misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or nonpayment.
